Most rental partners accept riders from 18 to 75 years old. Some larger motorbikes may have additional age rules, which are shown on the reservation page for that vehicle

Licence rules depend on the rental company. Search results show the category needed for each vehicle. Many scooters can be rented with B (car) or AM/A1. Larger vehicles generally need A2 or A.
